You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item or exchange it for a different size or colour. This includes sale items. Postage costs will not be refunded and the cost of shipping an exchanged item will be covered by the customer.
During the Christmas period our return period is extended. Items purchased on or after November 1st can be returned up until January 14th for an exchange or gift card. Please remember that all returns must include any additional stickers or promotional material and must be in as new condition and in original t-shirt sleeve if applicable. Returns must include name, address and contact email of original purchaser as well as the order number so that we can process the return as quickly as possible.
PLEASE NOTE - If restrictions due to covid-19 cause delay with the customers chosen carrier we will honour an extension to these policies ONLY if the customer has emailed prior to sending back the order
Please note that in the interests of hygiene, certain items, such as Underwear & Face Masks, cannot be returned unless they have remained unused and in their original wrapping or are faulty.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return. The removal of stickers or other such free items will be charged against the customers refund if entire order is returned.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
Please return with a note of your name and order number so our team can deal with your case efficiently.
Items with “wear and tear” damage can be sent back but may be denied a return on inspection. The decisions of our returns team are final.

To return an item simply send it back to us with a note enclosed with your name, address, email, turn offs and turn ons and a reason for the return to the following address.
If it is our mistake then we will cover the postage (all you will need to do is send us a photo of the shipping receipt.) If we don't have your replacement we will let you know and work out a solution.
Returns (UK Only)
For refunds the cost of the return will be paid by the customer via a courier option of their choice. We recommend Signed for shipping at least.
Returns with Budget Shipping
A maximum £4.50 postage can be claimed upon shipping items with errors or items with manufacturing faults. A valid shipping receipt must be sent with the return or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer a free returns service for parcels delivered to non-UK addresses and return postal costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you keep proof of postage as the items remain your responsibility until they are delivered to our warehouse.
Any items not delivered due to recipient not being home will be returned to the depot after the second attempt, items not collected from the depot will be returned to us and we will issue a full refund MINUS the postal charges. We advise customers to select an address that they can guarantee someone being there to receive the item (home or place of work).
